BizAI ("BizAI", "we", "us") is operated by NASAVE OPC, a One Person Corporation registered in the Philippines. BizAI provides an AI-powered customer-engagement and booking service ("the Service") for businesses, currently focused on Philippine service businesses.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate information about your business and keep your account details secure. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
BizAI connects to your messaging channels (such as Facebook Messenger) and uses AI to answer customer inquiries, share your information, and capture bookings on your behalf, based on the details and instructions you provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the business information, prices, and policies you configure, and for honoring the bookings made.
You retain ownership of the business information and customer messages that flow through the Service. You grant BizAI the right to process this data to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for handling your customers' personal data in line with applicable Philippine data-protection law (including the Data Privacy Act of 2012).
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown when you subscribe. Founding plans may be offered at special pricing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice before any price change.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes, to send spam, or to misrepresent your business. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service uses AI, which can make mistakes. While we work to make responses accurate and helpful, BizAI does not guarantee that every AI-generated reply will be correct or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing your configuration and for the commitments made to your customers.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizAI is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
